So I was thinking about getting the 3.06 iMac but I have last years iMac model 2.8ghz one.. ( early 2008 I believe? I got it in nov )I upgraded to 4GB already and I am only using 30 gigs out of the 300g, and I have a 1TB FW 800 hard drive hooked up to it..

All i really use it for is to surf the web, ichat and download files..

So should I buy the new one or keep my old one?

I hope this is sarcasm...ill give ya the benefit of the doubt and go with the idea that you are joking. If you are joking then thats pretty funny. If not...well....well....you get what I mean.

It doesn't sound like what you do taxes the machine you have, so upgrading would not benefit your experience in any way.
