Im EVERYWHERE!
im about to get a MBP. im getting it on saturday and am goign to ask that if where is a while or heat issue can i return it and hopefully get it in writing, if however they wont should i take my chances? are the problems really a big deal and doesnt apple have an oblication to fix these issues?

You won't get anything in writing. If you are worried, there are plenty of good deals on refurbished PB's at Apple.com

Otherwise, buy away. Apple is sometimes reluctant to take things back, but most people can usually get what they want.
 
k thankx alot, it wont be much of a problem with the heat issue since i only sometimes use it on my lap for browsing but im getting this compuer for gaming/school work/photo ediding, all of what i do on a desk
