I have the iPhone 6 on AT&T. I currently have iOS 8.3 jailbreak with using TaiG. My questions are, should I keep iOS 8.3? Or should I upgrade to iOS 8.4 via iTunes than jailbreak using TaiG? Thanks!

oh i would love 8.3 back! i hate the 8.4 music app :p
I was very close to updating 8.4 and the re-jailbreaking. After looking at my brothers phones on 8.4 the music app was screwed imo, I understand that apple wanted to enter the streaming game, but by doing so, they crippled the original music app. Its way too messy and focuses 90% of the UI space to apple music rather than the users music.
If they didn't want a separate app, they should have at least given a separate tab to have all original 8.3 UI elements and then apple musics version.

I think I'm going to keep my iPad 2 and iPhone 4s on 8.3. I've been doing lots of googling and searching YouTube most people say 8.4 makes those older devices slower, more laggy than 8.3. I have an iPad Air 2 on 8.4.
