Should I Keep my 2017 MBP on Big Sur or Update to Monterey?

Keep hearing Monterey is brimming with bugs and isn’t as great as Big Sur or Catalina or Mojave.

2017 stock MBP. Do find SharePlay appealing as I’m constantly on FaceTime calls with a bunch of people daily. Among other things. But my Mac works you know.

Other than intermittent unlock with AW, I haven't had any problems with Monterey and I've run every developer beta.

You can install it on external SSD/HDD and try it out. This way you will always have your main system to return to.
