I mean I guess I could go to either store tomorrow to buy a IPad prob but i have ordered a lot of stuff from Best Buy same day delivery. Best Buy even seems to have a wider selection of MacBooks if I want same day delivery. The Apple store I've never ordered from before but I see my brother doing it. He ordered a IPad the other day and it seemed delivered by an Apple employee cause it was in a Apple shopping bag. Anyways. Should I Order From Apple.com or Bestbuy.com?

I've ordered from both, including same-day delivery by Best Buy and have had good experiences with both. I've never had a problem with a return at Best Buy and they always price match if applicable. Choice drivers for me are product availability and convenience; both stores are within 5 miles of my house, but Best Buy has easier parking.

For the most part when Apple offers same day delivery services, it’s a choice you make upon check out providing you zip code is in the serviced area. The actual delivery (no set up that’s a different choice) is handled by a third part such as Postmates.

I have bought from both, but if you can find it on sale online or elswhere, I'd go to Best Buy. That's where I got my M1 iPP 11. Costco had it on sale for $799.00 and BB price matched it. They will price match just about any other store including Amazon.

Unless doing so gets you a discount, it doesn't really matter.

If you take advantage of things like Best Buy's trade-in program and/or RewardZone (or if Best Buy has the item on sale), then buying it from Best Buy makes sense. I've had many great experiences buying Apple products from Best Buy... and have always been able to buy Apple products NEW from Best Buy that are cheaper than Apple's REFURB prices... That's before any of the other programs.

No, MicroCenter does not sell it online...

I bought a new 12.9 iPad Pro from Best Buy Wednesday of last week. Sunday evening I saw Microcenter’s ad listing the exact model I bought for $200 less. Within 10 minutes of online chat with Best Buy support I had a price match refunded to my purchase card.

After BestBuy removed Apple products from getting reward points I almost always use Apple unless BestBuy has a $100+ discount.

I have purchased from both and had good experiences. My preference is to purchase from Apple either online or at the Apple Store but if I can get a better price at Best Buy then why not? Others have pointed out various reasons including rewards points, price matching, etc that could be factors leading to one vs the other.

Heck, I even purchased an iPad Pro from Amazon about a year ago! I don't even recall exactly why but it must have been at a time when that particular model wasn't readily available from Apple, or something else. But Amazon would generally be my last resort.
