Should I remove the files from iDisk?

Good question and I have not read any real good answers to it. I'm waiting a little while longer before doing anything. I'm sure more info will be made available. I'm wondering if any iDisk files will simply be pushed down to their respective Apps that sync to iCloud without having to move/transfer anything?
I am really gonna miss idisk. No doubt it is slow compared to dropbox but i have quite a number of files which are large enough that i have to resort to dropbox subscription to have more space. Paying for MM is okay for me coz i only need to pay to one company and the services does it all i.e idisk, gallery, sync services, calendar. Now i have to find 2 services to do the same job and pay to two different companies and having to contact 2 different support staffs should i encounter any problems.
Anyway now that Apple has confirmed the departure of Galleries and Idisk i guess it is safe to simple start saving everything locally instead of having to wait another 12 months later where you will have to do it sooner or later....

I've already moved a handful of things to dropbox, flickr and picasa. The jury is out on where all my idisk stuff will wind up. I've started using crashplan as my "off site backup" so even if idisk went down tomorrow and my house was struck by lightning, I wouldn't lose anything I really want to hang onto except for about 100 gig of photos I haven't quite figured out what to do with but they weren't on mobile me to begin with.
With idisk R.I.P in 2012 i am already contemplating getting OS Lion Server to do my webdev over the internet. More setup to do and extra equipment to purchase (Hardware Firewalls) well at least i no longer need to pay for more storage

I'm going to keep using iDisk until next June. It was a very convenient utility for me and I am hoping Apple may come up with their own iCloud replacement for iDisk by WWDC 2012. If not, I can always switch to Dropbox or Sugar Sync then.
