Should I replace a yellow stiff charger wire?

Hello. I have MBP 2015. The charging wire is turning yellowish and stiff. It still works. Is this a sign I should replace it?

No unless there is any sign of burning/charring, serious kinking etc. I have Mac power supplies over 16 years old and they are still good, cable is also discoloured and still used from time to time with a 2011 15" MBP. Mostly it's on it's original power supply (12 years+)
