Well I have had the new iMac set up for over a week now and loving pretty much everything about it. I was dissapointed when I first turned it on to find at least 2 dead pixels and what presumably is some kind of dust or a fingermark under the glass, but as it is in the bottom right corner of the screen I decided to give it a try for a week and see how I feel about it.
Well it is still annoying me, and is noticeable in a lot of things I am doing, especially when I have certain colours in that area.
My question is: Can I/Should I return it because of this?
Obviously the hassle involved in doing so would be a real pain, as I had all the upgrades and ordered direct from the Apple Store online. Or is there a way to get them to send a new one and only ship this back when the new one arrives?
Any thoughts much appreciated.
