iPhone 4 is the likely one to get the most buyers since your S3's screen is cracked.
I suggest sell them both and get a used HTC One as backup if you want decent sounds. Or at least a One mini since frontal dual speakers isnt exclusive to the One.
Use Samsung Galaxy Note 3 as primary.
Use HTC One as a portable media player and backup phone.
You got Snapdragon 600 + 800. Both FULL HD. Both with the next gen WiFi ac and IR blaster that something even the iPhone 5s lacks having.
HTC One is very complimentary to Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note 3 and vice-versa. HTC One arguably has better build quality and design than ANY generation of iPhones ever had but the Samsungs have the better cameras, microSD slot, removable battery, and longer battery life that the One lacks.
iPhone 4 is old news. Havent regretted selling mine a month ago and the batt completely died when the new owner had it. It was my favorite phone for 3 years and I dumped it like yesterday's newspaper. GPU is just too dated to play Subway Surfers or Minion: Rush smoothly and iOS6 killed the speed and smoothness. And Samsung Galaxy S3 had a ton of hype but the Note 2/3 and S4 surpassed it in every way since. Dispose of them both with that weak fragile glass or cheap hyperglaze plastic. Note 3 looks classier with the faux leather back than any Note or Galaxy S before it and One is more comfortable to hold for a long period of time compared to the sharp corners of the iP4's/5's because of the rounded back and corners that dont always dig into your palm. Note 3 and One can be used without a case. Think of them like Shaq and Kobe.
Make your starting point at 2013 and later with beautiful FULL HD (1080p) display phones that you can also use as a great portable media player and TV remote.
