Right now I have the 11" iPad Pro (3rd gen), but my goal is to eventually trade it in for the iPad Mini 7. (I miss the smaller form factor.)
If I trade it in through Apple right now, I can get $425 for it. But I don't want to trade it in unless I know a mini 7 will be coming. I'm worried that if I wait to trade it in until the supposed March event to see whether or not the mini 7 is surprisingly announced, then the trade-in value of my iPad will go down since new iPad Pros are more than likely going to be announced and my iPad Pro will be another generation behind. Of course, if they don't announce an iPad Mini 7 (which seems likely) and I've already traded mine in, then I'm stuck without an iPad until possibly the fall, unless I use that credit towards a mini 6, which seems absurd since I'll be losing out value there too when it comes time to trade that in. Thoughts?
