Should I update my XS Max 12.0.1 Chimera to 13.3 before it's not signed?

I have a very stable JB with Chimera currently, but I also also don't want to get stuck on an OS that will eventually not be supported by certain apps going forward. Should I update to 13.3 in anticipation of the upcoming JB release? If so are there certain steps I should follow (tweaks backup, save blobs, etc)? Or can I just save blobs and Restore to an unsigned version? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, I feel like I'm on a ticking clock with 13.3 possibly not being signed any longer. Thanks in advance.

Through all of my time in the jailbreak community I found it's always better to just hold on to your jailbreak when you have one as you never know how far out the next release will be. If you can survive on vanilla until it comes then I say being as up to date as possible is better.
