I am currently running iOS 5.0.1 on an iphone 4s. I am wondering if I should upgrade to iOS 5.1? My only problem right now is the horrible battery life; it lasts only a day and loses 20-25% overnight sitting on the side. I really loved the battery life of the iphone 4 which lasted me 3 days and this 4s hardly pulls off a day. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

The "fascinating" battery life on 5.1 is kind of hit or miss. Some people get awesome battery, some no change while others it got worse. I'm in the 3rd group. :(

its not actually 4G, just more AT&T marketing bs.

Its just HSPA+ like between 3G and 4G.

Yeah it gets you an updated icon... My wife sent me a text saying that she now had 4G. I laughed and laughed since no provider has installed LTE in our area.
