Is it recommended to upgrade to the iPhone 5S or the iPhone 6 in 2018? One of my younger cousin's (David) who is 23 (12 years younger than me) and uses the iPhone XS's younger cousin (Alina ) who is about 14, has just switched from an undefined Android phone to an iPhone 5S (not SE). Some of the pictures are different as in April 18, she holds an Android phone, and by April 30, she has held an iPhone 5S. Because its shade of black is darker than that of the iPhone SE, it is definitely an iPhone 5S. I don't understand why she would do that, and is it worth it for anyone to consider buying the iPhone 5S? And also, one of her friends (also about the same age), has switched phones constantly (every 2 or 3 months), but however, she switches from one 6 to another as she keeps breaking her phones. Should she buy an iPhone SE or an iPhone 8 with a durable Otterbox case? This seems to be her 5th 6 she has bought. I am currently using an iPhone XS Max, like my younger cousin.

I wouldn’t say a 5S has many more years support as it’s a 5 year old device now.

As a side point I think it’s irresponsible promoting a child’s Instagram account on a public Internet forum. That account should be private IMO.

You shouldn't post someone else's Instagram account on a public forum as has been said above.
