Should we expect new MBP orders to arrive in 2022?

I have a Nov 3 - Nov 5 delivery date for a 16'' M1 Pro 32gb, 1TB. I understand that the wait for processing will be pretty long. But for these new products with high demands, just HOW long should I expect them to be? I did some looking around online to see people that had to wait months for their orders to go through in the past.

In year's past apple has been pretty good with the estimates. Granted with everything going on, who knows. As of now its going to be race to see which gets here first my iPad mini or my MBP. (if I don't cancel and change the order)

Apple usually underpromises those ship dates. You COULD get it a few days/week sooner.
