Show company name in contacts

Hello there, I've been looking around for any tweak or Cydia package that can show the company name besides the contact name, but I haven't found any so I am hoping someone here can help me with this. The idea would be that the company name shows up in a smaller gray font, but I guess that is just asking for too much so any ideas will be appreciated.

Just enter something in the company field.

Thanks for your reply. That is the idea, but what I want is the company name to be showed on the contact list (not on a single contact)
