The F1 widgets come from an app called Box Box & it is free to download.

It offers subscription fees, or a hefty in app purchase. I paid the hefty fee , as I hate subscription fees.

Personally I find it amazing that some people still actually spend time on home screens. That all went into the bin for me with App Library for most apps and most devices just have one or two pages at best. I open most things with spotlight.
