There's a big problem with the ship picture which is the masts should not be blurry. A true T/S lens would capture the whole ship in focus, not just the hull. This is the major giveaway between true T/S "fake miniatures" and PS jobs.

Also the transition between the out of focus region in the foreground and the ship seems a little abrupt.

Thank you for your feedback, maybe I should have noted that this was a fake T/S attempt and one that was just testing out the technique in Photoshop.
