In Monterey I can't see the seconds in Finder's info, so I cant know why the order of my pics is wrong as many of them are showing same "hour" and "minute" (son "seconds")
doesn’t the finder correctly sort them chronologically when you let it list your photos in a folder according to date?
EDIT: Apple’s Photos will show you the creation date incl. seconds if you select “Adjust” in its Info-window. And it will also sort them chronologically accordingly.
In System settings open Language and Region settings, there click the button further options, then open the tab for time. And add the seconds to the short time

For some reason, it shows photos taken at same minute in wrong order, but looking at the seconds, the order is OK, so the camera should saved them wrong order to the SD card, or copying them to the mac something odd happen with the creation dates... dont know as original pics were moved from SD to mac so SD is empty to check.

I doubt that MacOS overrides the EXIF data of any photo you transfer from e.g. a SD card.
The MacOS Finder offers date based sorting, you can sort files by “Date Modified”, “Date Created”, “Date Last Opened”, and “Date Added” - this will impact on the sorting order accordingly:
Choose the “List” view option by clicking that in the Finder window title bar
Now pull down the “View” menu and choose “Show View Options”
Under the “Show Columns” view, choose the date sorting options you’d like to enable for that Finder window
Back at the Finder window, click on the date column just enabled to sort files by date.
