Does anyone know where you can download a shrinker from???

Like zipping it? For a DVD or CD? Data disk or movie disk?

For DVD, not sure.

For CD *data*, just archive the file by right clicking the file and that will then make it zipped and then put it in your data disk.

That what you're asking?

EDIT: Beaten by the famous super smart mad jew.

Ooo.

Does Toast do that?

Thats what I'm wondering. I haven't had the time to check it out, what with term papers and exams this time of year. But the second I'm done my last exam, I'll definitely be finding out how to back up my DVDs onto regular dvd-r's

Toast 7 will do that. There's also Roxio Popcorn (which has apparently now been incorporated into Toast 7). There are several other apps out there that will do this, although I haven't used them. I believe Handbrake is the most popular free app for shrinking DVDs.
