iPhone SHSH blobs for ios 5.1.1

Apple doesnt sign ios 5.1.1 anymore right? so i heard that i can still update my iphone (ios 4.3.2 ) if i have the "shsh blobs".. the problem is, how can i have them? i never jailbreak my phone nor update it.
