iPod Shuffle 3G and 2G any difference?

If I had to decide between a 2G and 3G shuffle, whereas the 2G is cheaper--which should I pick?

Alternatively, any difference between the 2G and 3G shuffles?

The only differences are the colors

Technically they're all still 2G shuffles. There is no difference at all in the hardware.

yep...I have seen them both and compared but couldn't find any significant differences other than the new color variations...

Personally, I don't like the new pastel-ish Shuffle colors, so in addition to being cheaper, I'd go for the previous colors. And all these guys are right, the only difference is the color so they're still 2G Shuffles.

Just making sure. In the system they're marked as 3rd Generation Shuffles so I was just making sure they didn't have a better battery in them or something.
