iPod Shuffle and headphones

A 1GB shuffle is now £32 with free earphones, but iPod earphones cost £20. So if I was buying the apple earphones, I may as well buy a shuffle and get a back-up mp3 player for £12?

Sounds like a plan. Have you checked the refurbished section for your Apple store? I got my iPod Shuffle for US$41.34 with free shipping.

The iPod headphones are a pain to use in my ears as well.

The earphones that come with iPods are not the same ones that Apple sells separately. If you like the includes earphones, then it is a plan.

But yeah, good plan! I recently bought a Shuffle (My first iPod woo!) and thinking about it that why, why couldn't Apple knock £20 off the price and let me use some Earphones I already have

there aren't any in the UK store I had a look before buying my Shuffle.
