Any help with the following would be welcome:
After spending lots of time importing CDs into iTunes, the iMac on which that was done was stolen (yes, I'm an idiot, no adequate back-up; that problem has been solved (other than the idiocy)). However, the shuffle contains a substantial number of the songs. When the Shuffle is plugged into the USB port of an replacement laptop, this message pops up: "The iPod 'Kim' is synched with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPod and synch with this iTunes library?"
That is the exact opposite of what I want to do. Instead, I want to get the songs on the shuffle onto the computer. Can that be done?
Thanks,
CSC
