Out of nowhere a message appeared on my screen. It said that I have to shut down my computer. It said hold the power button on the back in and wait until it shuts down and turn it back on. (something along those lines)

What was it?

21.5 desktop. I had 4 windows open. One was a fantasy baseball draft, constantly updating.
