Apple Cant Fix Problem
few weeks ago Apple (Menlo Park, NJ - Carlos, Manager) Store finally gave up trying to fix problem. Twice they attempted to fix the problem. First time they ran diagnostic while I was there and it never shut down. Second, time they ran same diagnostic but for two days. Did not shut down. They updated the firmware and sent me home. Still shutdown on me. I called the manager up frustrated and he told just to bring it in and he'll give me a new one. He believe the logic board might not be good. So my respond is don't give up, continue bringing in the computer until they give you a new one. Whoever you take it to, have them call Carlos Echevarria @ Apple Store, Menlo Park, NJ.
