Hi guys,

recently i found my mba 13 to have start up times of 25 secs but more troubling is the fact that my shutdown time has gone up. How do i increase this speed? Also has anyone had problems where the MBA has hiccups every now and then?

Cheers,
Francis

i found that when you shutdown while many apps are still running, it will take longer time.

i tried to shutdown without any apps running, especially photoshop and illustrator, it's blazing fast.

anyway with the new macbook air, i never shutdown it though.
