I've been playing with Sidecar and I can't seem to figure something out. When I initiate Sidecar with my Macbook Pro, the iPad screen seems to take precedence -- the apps that are open on the Macbook screen move to the iPad view. I would rather the Macbook screen take precedence and the iPad screen be unpopulated until I move a window to it. I've tried playing with the screen arrangement settings in Preferences, but all that does is designate what side of my main display the iPad screen is.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

With any multi-monitor setup, you can choose your "Main" monitor.

Open the Displays preferences within System Preferences, and then click and hold on the white bar at the top of the current primary display (your iPad), and drag to your MBP's screen. That white bar signifies your "Main" monitor.

Oh! I can't believe I didn't know that! Wow! Thanks!
