Hi,
I have a Late 2011 MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.5 on it (via Open Core Legacy Patcher) and I want to use sidebar. I noticed that I have to upgrade my Bluetooth to 4.0 (card already ordered), so at first, I tried to mirror my desktop to my iPad with iOS 16.6 via cable. I got the suggestion for mirroring with my iPad and got it displayed under the system settings -> display but when I want to connect to my iPad I got -501 error.
Does anyone face the same or similar issues?
BR David

I found out that the file SidecarCore under /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SidecarCore.framework/Versions/A/SidecarCore is missing. How do I get this file?

Update:
I got the file from a Catalina MacBook. I read that Apple did some changes within the Kernel that these files are not displayed any more/hidden.

I'll try to insert the file and see what's happening and maybe try the "FreeSidecar" from ben-z. Let's see.

But I'm still open for any advises.

Cheers
