sideloadly alternative for sideloading onto mac (not to sideload onto ios)?

hi, wondering if there is an alternative to sideloadly when trying to sideload something on mac. specifically im trying to sideload something to the user-specific applications folder. if anyone can help, please do! any help is greatly appreciated 😁
