Hello Everyone, I have a Mid 2012 MacBook Pro (Pre Retina) i5, 8gb Ram, and Dual 128gb SSDs. I'm having issues with my drives corrupting. I have the 1st Drive boot OS X (10.12.4) and the 2nd Boot Windows 10. The drive that has OS X on it is the one to Quit Booting (even if it worked fine on Windows Before), the Other drive with windows on it will boot fine (ive tried swapping the OSes on the drives).
When Booting in Verbose Mode it Logs "The Volume Could not be verified Completely"

yes if you used that, that's the issue. An App like diskwarrior should repair the file system
