Sierra and Wifi

Hello,

I have so much trouble with with both my MBP and wifi / internet connectivity since I moved first to Yosemite and then to El Capitan. This is really my main issue with using my Macs.

Both my iPad and my iPhone work just fine at the same time when my Mac cannot connect to my Apple TimeCapsule. Basically the little icon on top of the screen with the quarter circles just stays greyed out saying no wifi ....

Now here is the question - usually I am not alone with my troubles and I wonder if Sierra gets any better in this regard which might make me think about upgrading.

So far I am good with wifi. I do have finder and mail woes
