Hey!

I've got a retina macbook pro late 2013 and I just finished installing MacOS Sierra and my initial thoughts are that it made my computer slower, opening and closing and pressing things is a lot more sluggish now that before?

Is anyone else experiencing this? is there a way to roll back the OS? Or what could the problem be?

You should wait for a few hours before you give your final judgement. Your computer can be busy for quite some time rebuilding your search index, analyzing your photo library, etc. I recommend you leave it open and plugged into power overnight. Especially if you have a big photo library it can take a long time. The new Photo app goes through analyzing your photos looking for recognizable items so you can search for horses or sandwiches. I've seen a 50 GB library take about 12 hours to finish.
