no help from Verizon, I have two iPad Pro 9.7s running 9.3.5. On start, they have 5 bars and >35k Mbs download. Engage Safari or any other internet call and the signal drops to 1bar and ~0.5 Mbs. Turn airplane mode on and off and the bars and speed come back until I engage the Internet in any form. The bars and speed drop immediately.

Originally thought it was modem issue with the iPads, Apple replaced both and the problem continued. The Verizon replaced both sims. That actually made it seem worse, but admittedly I was pretty frustrated by then. Verizon told me that they escalated it to the tower engineers and I got a phone call with a canned BS answer that had nothing to do with the problem.

Really looks like throttling even though I am only three days into a 30 G plan.

I have a big bandwidth usage problem as well, but will put that into the appropriate forum

Any help is appreciated. Time to switch providers?
