Signing out of MobileMe Preferences on PC?

I downloaded the iCloud program on my PC and it says to be able to sign in iCloud I have to sign out of MobileMe so I click on Open MobileMe Preferences. Then I click on sign out and it just sittings on the loading screen saying "Signing Out...." and the wheel just keeps spinning. Anyone have a a solution? Thanks.
