Phones SIII, Note or Note 2?

Hi,

Thinking about getting family member better phone for birthday in few months (currently Galaxy Ace II). Would people recommend Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Note or Galaxy Note 2 & why?

Does the family member mind using both hands to operate a device? If so, I could operate the S3 with one hand for the most part but anything bigger would be impossible.

Next, just think about whether the pen features of the note devices will actually be useful. If so, get one of the notes. Otherwise, get the S3. I had an S3 for six months and its an awesome phone.

The note 2 has the best hardware and the most features.

I would probably rule out the original note altogether as its quite old and will see less updates now than the other two.

It just comes down to size. The note 2 has all the features of the s3 plus is more powerful, better battery, better screen. Great stylus. But is bigger. So if the size is fine then the note 2. Not sure why you would consider the original note over the note2.

If you're buying in a few months then maybe you should wait and see what the Galaxy S4 brings. It'll be between the S3 and Note 2 in size.
