In iOS 13 does, silence unknown callers filter all callers, not in your contacts to voicemail? eg. calls from unknown callers that aren't in your contacts, what happens if you are knowing these people but they aren't in your contacts
 
I thought so, that's why in some ways to me that could be a bit of an advantage if a phone call I make says they'll telephone me back and they and in my list unless it picks them from the numbers in my recent call in my contacts
 
It’s my understanding (and from experience) that any phone numbers in contacts and any you’ve had a connected call with (or text), so yeah if someone says I’ll ring you back but on the same number it’ll still go through.
 
This feature works well in theory. And if you are getting a ton of spam it really is fantastic. But I was missing just too many calls that were in fact important, so had to turn it off.
