Purchased Geekria silicon skins from Amazon. Was expecting the worse but pleasantly surprised at the thinness. Still fits in the case.

Got the silver and black to differentiate between the two household silver APM.

Waiting on a black ear cushions to complete the mod on the second one as you can see.

Also got the Geekria case in case I air travel again...one day.

I've the Geekria case too but I'm hesitating getting the silicon skins because it's already very tight in the case. With the skins, I doubt I'll be able to zip up the case.

I have a different Geekria case as it allows the smart case in it. Comes with a faux leather pouch for cables.

The silicon skins still allow fitment in the smart case as per above photo.

I got the black ones for my space gray, really like them. The clacking of the ear pieces always worried me about possible scratches. These protect them.

Well, adding skins is definitely cheaper than adding new ear cups in order to “mix things up” (see my other post on this), so I grabbed a set of green skins for my SG cans!

Both pairs of silicon skin chemical scent has dissipated on mine. It's been a handful of days. So I can only imagine these will fully gas off in a few more days.

Did u get ur skins?

Yes!

Here are my AirPods Max with the "TOLUOHU Headband Cushion" (amazon link) and "Geekria Silicone Skin Cover" (amazon link) on top of 12south discontinued Fermata stand (that can charge with lightening cable):

I don't like the way the "TOLUOHU Headband Cushion" looks, I also don't like how it prevents the knit mesh from compressing on your head. See how the headband is raised in the bottom image? I clicked to return the Headband Cushion to Amazon and they gave me a refund but told me I didn't need to return the item LOL.

Anyhow I am keeping the "Geekria Silicone Skin Cover" ... They smell chemically out of the box, and you can slightly smell it when you wear them. But I expect that to go away after a couple of days. I really like the Geekria Silicone covers. To me they look nice on the AirPods Max, and they don't clank when the ear cups bump together anymore. They feel nice to touch, and there is a small cut out for every opening on the ear cups. They are very tight on the cups so it's like a thin skin, but it also feels protective from bumps and scratches.

That’s EXACTLY how my Airpods Max look now, same setup. I love it.

enjoying mine a lot, got them from amazon.the color was exactly what I was hoping for. they really do stink though haha. and I just kind of swallowed the fact that I had to pay $10+ for... these can't be more than 50 cents to make, right?

another dumb question maybe but: will this help with that condensation issue at all?

Quick question and off topic. How r the white ear cups holding up against dirt? I’m considering purchasing the white ear cups when they become available.
