Resolved Silly New To Mac Question Sorry... About Menu Bar

In some threads where monitor photos are I've noticed people's names on the right hand side of the menu bar. i can't figure out how to get my name on there.

Any help for this PC got Mac Convert on his new MacBook Pro with Retina Display running OSX 10.8.1?
