About 15 minutes ago I picked up my phone and it gave me a "No SIM" message. I have not dropped the phone, it has not been out of my sight, I did not open the drawer or altered in anyway. The card must be slipping out of the drawer and be loose inside my phone?!? As if this isnt problem enough, the exact same thing happened about 3 weeks ago and when I went to the Apple store they treated me as if I was on crack. I didnt even know I had a SIM card at that point. They gave me another. And now it has happened again. This means I now have 2 SIM cards floating around in my phone. WTH? Is this possible? How do I get them out? Prevent this from happening again?
Be treated seriously and with respect at the Apple store in West Hartford CT?
