Hi,

Sorry for this dumb question. When one ugrades to a new iPhone, they put your old (3G in my case) SIM card in the new phone, correct? So are your passwords still intact?

I'll be getting my new phone away from home at Christmas, and Exchange email from work requires an administrator password that I don't know, and I need to access it while I'm away.

Many thanks,
Jenn

No you will have to set up your new Exchange account on the new iPhone. No Personal Info is actually stored on the Sim Card. What you may be able to do and if I am incorrect I am sure someone will correct me, but you may be able to restore the new iPhone from a backup on your computer. If you can do that then all your aps and Exchange info should be all set for you. Another option is bribe the IT guy and see if he will help you out. Sometimes they have the ability to give you a "temporary" password and reset it for you once you are back. Good Luck and I hope that helps
