So I've got that urge that everyone has from time to time - to play a city builder simulation with embarrassingly low graphics. Is there anyway to do this (legally)? Without paying $50 for some collector's edition of eBay?

It's downloadable legally for free. However, it's only the DOS version (I don't think there was ever an Intel-compatible OS X version released). A quick Google search will turn up several sites.

You can run the DOS version on a Mac via DOSbox or Boxer.

Too bad the DOS version is subpar to the Mac version. The DOS version was actually a much lower quality port of the Mac version.
