SimCity 4: Rush Hour... Where is it?!?!

I have recently found that I really enjoy Simcity 4 on my MAC. I was severely disappointed however that I cannot seem to find the expansion set anywhere on the internet.

I can find the Deluxe version (both games) but would rather not spend the 60$, I would love to find the $30 dollar or so version on ebay, Amazon, or even the Apple site. None of these have it in stock, any tips?
