Simfree Problems - Doesn't Work

I have a 1.1.1 version and a 04.02.13_G of the iPhone. And for some reason cannot unblock my iPhone!?! Is it because of the modem firmware?? Ive Installed both freeSIM and IPHONESIMFREE.

PLEASE HELP ME
