Simple 4K 60 Hz SST Monitor Setup for nMP?

I've read posts here, over on the Apple forums, and elsewhere. Answers are all over the map and results seem inconsistent. The question is simple. The answer, at this point in time, probably is not.

Right now, with an nMP with the D500, what monitor(s) supports 60 Hz 3840x2160 rez with SST (no MST!!!) using what cable from which port to which monitor running which version of OS X? Plug and play, no messing with timings, hacked drivers, kext editing etc.

Anyone having success with the 28 Samsung/Asus anything else under 1500 bucks with a brand name monitor?

I only know about those cheap Samsung's and Asus monitors that are 4K and use SST. However, I also know they have issues with the D500 and D700 GPU's. There's some sort of tearing issue on the right side of the display that occurs. I hear this issue seems to be resolved in Yosemite though.

I also know those monitors are connected via a DisplayPort to Mini DispalyPort cable.

Other then that I don't know of any others, sorry.

Pretty much what I've read. The Sammy and Asus are the same panel but the Asus has a few more bells and whistles and is more adjustable. Some say they can't select DP 1.2 in the Samsung. I jet need to feed a 2160p stream for capture to a 4K recorder, but I'd like to view the replays and use the monitor for other things at 60 Hz. I could live with 48 Hz, which seems possible if you use SwitchRezX or whatever it's called. Capturing and viewing 60 sure would be better though. The recorder needs a "TV" compliant stream. Since it's my own stuff, HDCP isn't an issue, but having a stream that a UHDTV will accept in terms of rez and Hz is a must. No MST stream will work. I guess I could get the beta GM of Yosemite now but I'm not in the mood to be a test pilot and Best Buy probably won't let me drag my nMP in to test the Sammy anyway.
