does the obvious "People Search", but there is also a Reverse Look up (enter a phone number) and there's a business search too.
Its not too bad.
When you find what you're looking for, you can add the number right to your contacts in the White Pages app, but it goes to your actual address book (despite the fact that the interface is green and not that of your standard iphone's format).
I've used it a dozen times to find some things and its been pretty helpful!
