simple printing help

Hello macrumors,
i have a couple of stencils i made in photoshop that i would like to print.
my worries are that if i print them, theyll be all pixelated and the edges wont be smoove. giving a rather ugly effect.
any precautions i should take, or tips you have to offer to maximise the quality for when i go printing?

Wrong tool for the job. You can print a Photoshop graphic unpixelated if you are careful. However, you will be much better served using a vector graphics application to generate your stencils.

Of course Photoshop has vector tools, and will do fine with this sort of thing if you've planned ahead (but it sounds like you might not have). If you increase the resolution to 200 or so (depending upon your output device) and use the Median filter (Filter > Noise > Median) that will smooth out jaggy edges (as well as detail, which I'm assuming you don't need in a stencil)

Why don't you print a portion as test print at 100%?

If you made it at 300 dpi or used vector tools to create you'll be fine.
