iOS Simple question - how can I get my web app to display at actual size?

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know how to get a web app to display at "actual pixels" on the iPhone. I just designed a page that is the right dimensions for the iPhone screen but when I go there, the iPhone reduces it down really small! There's nothing else on the page except this image that is 318 x 431px.

Hmmm, where do I put that? I just tried it in the <head> and it didn't make any difference (after I added the missing inverted commas from the initial scale value that is).
