Simple Tabs for Page Switching

I want to make some simple tabs for navigation to various pages.

Below is a good example of some really simple tabs.

I'm not trying to rip off Wikipedia. I just want to make some really basic, simple tabs - hopefully doing it just in XHTML and CSS (no images needed, in other words).

Any advice, pointers or links you could shout out?

Spry tabbed panels can be really useful if you have some experience of CSS.
