Simple WLAN

I teach a programming course for kids based on JavaScript. The kids come with their own laptop: Mac, Windows, or Android. All they need is a text editor and a browser. The textbook with the exercises is a Web site (http://effelenne.ch) on Internet. I would prefer using an 'internal' WLAN with my macBook as server with the textbook on it. It would also be nice if they could transmit their results to the server.

How can a I do this as simply as possible?
