I am looking for a very simply camera app that will allow me to change the resolution of the pictures. That is the only option I need. I've looked at a few camera apps and they have way more options than I need. Does anyone have any suggestions on a very simple camera app? Thanks in advance.

Why do you want to change the resolution of the image? If it's purely for shaving file size off, the HEIC compression already does that nicely on iOS 11 and beyond.
My company has given iPads to some of the field employees and we'd like them to send daily progress photos in every afternoon. The current iPads take pictures large enough that it forces them to send 5-6 emails to get them all sent in. They are not so critical that we can't lower the resolution to decrease the size to get them all in one email.
